Once dispatched, estimated delivery generally takes 5 to 14 business days. Because shipments are handled internationally, delivery may occasionally extend up to 30 business days due to customs procedures, international transit, or seasonal demand.

Delivery occurring within this stated timeframe does not constitute non-delivery and is not considered grounds for refunds, reversals, or chargebacks.

Delivery estimates may be affected by circumstances including, but not limited to:

Chinese New Year Notice (February)

During the month of February, fulfillment operations may be impacted by the Chinese New Year holiday period.

Factories, warehouses, and logistics providers may operate at reduced capacity or temporarily suspend operations. As a result, processing and dispatch times may be extended, and it may take an additional 4 to 5 weeks before shipment.

These seasonal delays are temporary and outside of our direct control.
